Mustang was Melody Miller's debut collection for Cotton + Steel (she previously designed for Kokka Japan). In an interview, Melody described the fabric this way: "My collection Mustang was inspired by a wide variety of things. 2014 is the year of the horse, and the horse prints are the first time I’ve ever put animals in my fabric designs. I was very inspired by the look of vintage 3D photographs, and wanted to borrow a little of double-image overlapping color for the horses."
Mustang was released in 2014 and is now out of print and hard to find.
This fabric is sold in half yard increments: one unit equals one half yard. The fabric will be cut in one continuous piece regardless of how many units you order (i.e. if you order 4 units you will receive a single 2 yard piece).
This is a quilting weight 100% cotton fabric and is 44/45" (110 cm) wide.
